Charles Bowsher
Mr. Bowsher was the comptroller general of the General Accounting Office, appointed by
President Ronald Reagan in 1981. Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 25
years and served as assistant secretary of the Navy for Financial Management. Currently, he
sits on several corporate and advisory boards, and is a member of the Public Accounting
Oversight Board.
