Mr. Nussle served as Director of the Office of Management and Budget (2007 – 2009) under President George W. Bush. Prior to his service in the President’s Cabinet, Nussle served for 16 years in the U.S. House of Representatives representing the 1st District of Iowa. While serving in the House, Nussle was selected as Chairman of the House Budget Committee (2001 to 2007) where he guided 6 federal budgets through the Congress. At the time of his election to Congress, Nussle was the youngest member of the House and was recognized numerous times for his work for fiscal responsibility and on budget process reform.
